“I met Eldeen 18 months ago fresh out of school facing the unknown world of safety. Standing in the doorway of this great new world that is safety, I felt lost and overwhelmed as to how I was going to apply this newfound knowledge in my current position. Through a mutual safety connection, I was introduced to Eldeen. I remember telling her how lost and frustrated I felt, and the challenges I was facing with my employer regarding our safety program. With Eldeens’ mentorship and coaching, I was able to establish myself as a safety professional, gain a few more certifications to help build my skillset, introduce and implement a new safety program for my company, as well as build connections that span across the globe. As I continue to develop professionally in safety, I am privileged to have her as my mentor and coach.
