I caught your presentation at the 52nd Annual Saskatchewan Safety Seminar on “How to Deal with A$$Holes?”. It was an eye-opener talking about the different personality types one encounters, not only at work but generally in day-to-day life. The differentiation between the personality types and “what makes them tick” especially highlighted how we all may be striving for the same goals but take different paths to get there. Appreciating those differences in the people you deal with and especially in yourself is a strong pathway to resolution and success. You differentiating between true A$$holes and just difficult people is practical advice dealing with not only workmates but customers as well.
